To qualify for Return / Exchange,
Customers must contact us within 3 Days (including weekends and holidays) from receipt. Receipt date is the delivery date according to carrier. Please contact us to get an authorization number.
Exchange/Return packages must be postmarked as within 7 days of receipt.
Return package must bear a valid Authorization Number on face, and enclosed with a completed Authorization Form
Products should be in original conditions, and without damages, stains, alterations. and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.

Customer is responsible for sending the returned/exchanged.
